Senior Software Engineer – .NET Framework

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our US‑based team supporting a long‑lived enterprise SaaS platform in the K‑12 nutrition space. The product is a large, mature monolith and the role focuses on production support, debugging, and incremental feature development.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve production issues, bugs, and performance problems.
• Debug across multiple layers: API, business logic, data access, SQL Server stored procedures, and Hangfire background jobs.
• Read and navigate complex call stacks and logs to identify root causes.
• Implement feature enhancements in both backend (C#.NET Framework) and frontend (Angular 2+).
• Collaborate with the existing team in an embedded staff‑augmentation model.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with C# on .NET Framework 4.x.
• Proven ability to work in large, long‑lived monolithic applications with layered architecture.
• Excellent debugging mindset and log‑analysis skills.
• Comfortable reading and modifying legacy code written by others.
