About the role

NinjaHoldings is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and improve core systems across customer communication, identity management, decision engines, and portfolio management. You will collaborate with developers, QA, and product managers to deliver scalable, high‑quality features.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and modify software while considering service architecture.
Analyze user needs and translate business requirements into scalable code.
Lead design and code reviews and contribute to the team’s technical vision.

Required profile

3+ years of professional backend development experience on non‑trivial web applications.
Strong critical thinking to align technical decisions with business goals.
Ability to break large initiatives into incremental deliverables and communicate complex solutions clearly.

Required skills

Ruby on Rails (3+ years)
Hotwire Turbo / Stimulus and Tailwind (bonus)
SQL and relational database design
Data model design for complex systems
