About the role

Reevo’s AI team builds the intelligent agents that power the core of its revenue platform, turning deal signals into actionable recommendations. You will tackle challenging problems in memory, evaluation, and agent infrastructure to deliver production‑grade AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement fast, scalable memory and retrieval systems (including RAG) for enterprise‑level data volumes.
• Build robust evaluation pipelines that ensure AI outputs are reliable on messy production data.
• Develop AI‑driven interfaces that adapt to different organizations and user roles.
• Train and improve models through fine‑tuning and reinforcement learning, handling rollout, deployment, and data labeling.
• Construct production‑scale agent infrastructure with durable execution, background jobs, and Human‑in‑the‑Loop checkpoints.
• Create sandboxed environments for safe agentic code execution with monitoring and QA.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering production AI/ML systems.
• Strong expertise in large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Hands‑on experience with prompt engineering, model fine‑tuning, and AI system evaluation.
• Proven ability to deploy, monitor, and ensure safety of AI systems in production.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining AI concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
