Engineering Lead – Builder

About the role

Reevo is building a next‑generation revenue stack and needs an Engineering Lead to own high‑impact technical initiatives from concept to production. You will work autonomously on complex, ambiguous problems, shaping product direction while collaborating across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end strategy and roadmap for high‑impact technical initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership, set engineering direction, and make key architectural decisions.
• Partner with product, business, and engineering teams to solve complex challenges.
• Bridge business objectives, product strategy, and engineering execution to deliver impactful experiences.
• Identify and drive improvements in products and engineering systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large engineering initiatives from ideation through execution.
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals and experience building scalable, production‑grade systems.
• Track record of driving high‑impact technical projects in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with technical and business teams.
