Senior Service Technician – The Alcove

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Service Technician for The Alcove property in Las Vegas. The role focuses on maintaining the physical condition, safety, and functionality of the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections and punch‑list creation.
• Schedule and coordinate vendors or contractors when specialized work is required.
• Ensure all repairs comply with company policies, safety standards, and applicable codes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building or property maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical or technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with work‑order management and preventative maintenance procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
