About the role
Digital Silk is looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to lead and grow its SEO team. You will design audits, strategies, and campaigns while supporting sales and client success.
Key responsibilities
- Create professional SEO audits and strategies to win new business.
- Lead, hire, train, and mentor the SEO team, documenting best practices and processes.
- Set up, track, and optimise SEO campaigns and present monthly performance reports with KPIs.
- Collaborate with content marketing to ensure SEO‑friendly content creation.
Required profile
- Excellent English speaking and copywriting abilities.
- Over 7 years of proven SEO experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing an SEO team.
- Result‑driven mindset with a passion for agency growth.
Required skills
