About the role

We are seeking a Senior Satellite Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of satellite structures, mechanisms, and thermal management for the Meridian Space constellation. You will own the hardware lifecycle from concept through orbit, ensuring successful integration and operation.

Key responsibilities

Design and develop satellite structures, deployable mechanisms, and launch vehicle interfaces.
Perform thermal analysis, manufacturing planning, assembly, and testing of space‑ready systems.
Drive end‑to‑end hardware success, from initial concept to on‑orbit performance.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
3+ years of aerospace mechanical design experience.
Ability to work autonomously and apply solid engineering judgment.

Required skills

Proficiency with MATLAB, Python, and Excel for performance modeling.
Experience using CAD tools such as SolidWorks and creating engineering drawings.
