Senior SAP Order-to-Cash Business Process Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP Business Process Consultant to lead our Order-to-Cash (O2C) initiatives within Bosch Mobility Aftermarket. You will act as the process expert for SAP Sales & Distribution, guiding requirements, design, testing and training to deliver efficient end-to-end business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document O2C business requirements and support prototyping, testing and training activities.
• Lead SAP Sales & Distribution processes including Order Management, Pricing, Invoicing and related master data.
• Identify and implement process re-engineering opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate training, testing, data clean-up and migration activities with key users and IT consultants.
• Provide second-level support to IT process consultants and act as the main contact for issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and sub-project leaders to ensure alignment across SAP modules.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation, training tools and mentor key users.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in SAP Order-to-Cash and SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) modules.
• Proven ability to lead complex SAP projects and drive process optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving high-complexity problems.
• Excellent communication skills to work with business users and IT teams.
• Ability to work independently and influence decisions in project meetings.
