Senior SAP Order-to-Cash Business Process Consultant

About the role

As a Senior SAP Business Process Consultant you will lead the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain, providing expert guidance on requirements, design, and implementation within Bosch Mobility Aftermarket. You will work closely with key users to shape efficient, end‑to‑end processes that support our global automotive service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the process expert for SAP Sales & Distribution (order management, pricing, invoicing, master data).
• Define business requirements, support prototyping, testing, training, and rollout of O2C solutions.
• Lead business process re‑engineering initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Identify and resolve process issues, drive optimization, and align cross‑functional topics.
• Coordinate training, testing, and data clean‑up/migration activities.
• Provide second‑level support to IT process consultants and serve as a mentor for key users.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in SAP Order‑to‑Cash.
• Proven ability to lead SAP SD modules and manage complex business transformations.
• Strong analytical skills to independently solve high‑complexity problems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functional teams.
