Key responsibilities

• Convert generated and assigned warm leads into loyal clients by assessing home improvement needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Educate and engage clients through extensive product knowledge and in‑home demonstrations.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process for both prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with internal partners and track productivity by entering accurate sales records and producing weekly reports.
