Senior Sales Consultant – Roofing (Leads Provided)

About the role

MTM is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join a fast‑growing home remodeling company. The role focuses on generating revenue by meeting homeowners, assessing roof damage, and guiding them through the insurance and repair process. Candidates should be motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Meet homeowners at their residences to assess storm‑related roof damage and build rapport.
• Create accurate, detailed estimates for repair work, including materials, labor, and costs.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to facilitate claims, provide documentation, and advocate for fair settlements.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Educate customers on roofing processes, materials, and the value of services offered.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, insurance professionals, and other stakeholders to enhance reputation and encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in roofing or a related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess and understand roofing damage.
• Knowledge of insurance processes related to roofing claims.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
