Senior Sales Consultant – In-Home Sales (Leads Provided)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to close home‑improvement sales in customers’ homes. The role includes a $10k sign‑on bonus and uncapped commission, with leads provided to help you focus on closing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑home consultations, showcase products and services, and build rapport with prospective customers.
• Identify client needs and deliver personalized sales presentations.
• Address concerns, answer product questions, and provide expert advice to facilitate the sale.
• Close deals on‑site, ensuring paperwork and payment details are accurate.
• Follow up post‑sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with sales and installation teams for a smooth transition from sale to service delivery.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in‑home or home‑improvement sales.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust quickly.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client homes.
