Senior Recruiter - Technology

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Senior Recruiter in Memphis East, Tennessee, to recruit and retain technology candidates and place them with its clients. The role covers sourcing, interviewing, lead generation and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing, evaluating and reviewing technology candidates through cold calls, job boards, social networks and internal databases
• Interviewing candidates by video, phone and in person to assess skills, work history and salary expectations
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified technology talent for current and future clients
• Selecting well-matched candidates for client orders and keeping in touch with professionals on contract assignments
• Resolving customer service issues quickly to maintain high satisfaction
• Generating leads and market intelligence to support new client development
• Maintaining candidate relationships to gain industry knowledge, referrals and new business
• Meeting and exceeding weekly business development goals

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a technology-related field is preferred
• Proven negotiating and closing skills and the ability to build candidate relationships
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, urgent environment
• Competitive, self-motivated with a proven track record of success
