About the role

Team Carney is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its federal government contracts. This fully remote position focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring highly specialized, cleared professionals for critical programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, from intake to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Proactively source passive candidates for niche technical and strategic HR roles.
• Navigate security clearance requirements (Secret, Top Secret) and federal background‑check processes.
• Partner with hiring managers in e‑learning and instructional design to translate complex requirements into sourcing strategies.

• Ensure strict compliance with federal hiring guidelines (e.g., OFCCP) and state salary‑transparency laws.
