Senior Recruiter – Multi‑State Hospitality

About the role

Out West Restaurant Group, the largest Outback Steakhouse franchisee, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across 72 locations in five states. This hybrid role combines strategic partnership with Directors and Executives and hands‑on recruiting for restaurant management, support center, and leadership positions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for management, support, and executive roles.
• Partner with senior leaders to define staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for diverse, multi‑state labor markets.
• Manage job postings, resume screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build pipelines for high‑volume and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and compliance.
• Represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including multi‑state hiring.
• Proven ability to recruit at all organizational levels, including executive roles.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting multi‑unit operations in hospitality or retail.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and conduct in‑person interviews on site.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
