Senior Recruiter

About the role

MatchMatch Group is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring across multiple corporate functions, with a special focus on Trust & Safety. You will partner directly with business leaders to attract top talent and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, Communications, and Trust & Safety roles.
• Leverage AI‑enabled sourcing tools and predictive analytics to build pipelines and reduce time‑to‑fill.
• Develop deep fluency in Trust & Safety functions (content moderation, policy, investigations) to assess candidates accurately.
• Design multi‑channel sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, niche communities, and direct outreach.
• Embed equitable, structured hiring practices and champion diversity throughout the hiring process.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a high‑touch candidate experience and supporting employer branding initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers on offer management and market data analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting for corporate functions.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of Trust & Safety hiring nuances.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring and data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑enabled recruiting tools.
• Experience using LinkedIn and other professional networks for sourcing.
