Senior Project Manager – Water Engineering

About the role

The Garver East Texas Water Team is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects from concept through construction. This role combines hands‑on project delivery with client relationship management and business development support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple water distribution, sewer, and treatment plant projects concurrently.
• Develop scopes, fees, contracts, and detailed project delivery assumptions.
• Prepare and present project status reports, accounting updates, and milestone tracking to clients and internal leadership.
• Conduct quality assurance/quality control plans, stakeholder workshops, and permitting activities.
• Oversee construction‑phase engineering support, contractor pre‑qualification, bid evaluation, and technical review of submittals and RFIs.
• Travel as needed for project sites, conferences, and marketing events.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing water and wastewater engineering projects.
• Strong ability to develop proposals, scopes, and fee structures.
• Excellent written and oral communication for client reporting and team coordination.
