Senior Project Manager – Technology Consultant (Raleigh, NC)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technology consulting engagements for its Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics unit. Based in Raleigh, NC, you will drive end‑to‑end delivery of complex software solutions, ensuring alignment with client business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non‑functional needs gathered from client workshops and interviews.
• Design high‑ and low‑level software architectures, validate prototypes, and refine designs based on feedback.
• Develop critical and complex applications while establishing coding standards and methodologies with the development team.
• Define and oversee comprehensive testing strategies that meet all requirements.
• Guide technical implementation of system infrastructure and new software deployments, ensuring schedule adherence.
• Coordinate system rollouts to minimize operational disruption.
• Analyze incident trends, identify root causes, and implement sustainable remediation and monitoring.
• Provide expert guidance to clients and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain and update knowledge bases for easy access to vital information.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior project manager or technology consultant in large‑scale IT projects.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Analytical mindset for incident analysis and continuous improvement.
