About the role
The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain modern web applications that support critical business operations and improve the user experience for internal and external customers. Working on‑site at our Raleigh, NC corporate office, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using React, Next.js, Angular, and C#/.NET.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs to enable front‑end and back‑end functionality.
- Create responsive, high‑performing user interfaces with modern JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
- Write clean, maintainable code and develop unit tests and automated testing initiatives.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues.
- Use Git for source control, conduct pull‑request reviews, and support CI/CD workflows.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Required skills
- React, Next.js, Angular (or similar modern JavaScript frameworks).
- C# and .NET/.NET Core (including ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework).
- JavaScript and TypeScript.
- RESTful API design and consumption.
- Git version control and collaborative workflows.
- SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Familiarity with state‑management libraries (RxJS, NgRx, Context API).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and Microsoft Azure (preferred).
