AI Solution Architect

About the role

Infosys is seeking an AI Solution Architect to join its Engineering unit in Raleigh, NC. You will lead the design and delivery of AI‑driven solutions, ensuring they are scalable, reliable and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create comprehensive business requirement documents based on workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Review, propose, and develop solution architectures that meet functional and non‑functional criteria.
• Assess and recommend appropriate technologies, tools and platforms for implementation.
• Design integration strategies to enable seamless communication between diverse systems.
• Resolve complex technical challenges during build, deployment and support phases.
• Provide architectural guidance to development teams and foster collaborative client relationships.
• Identify system risks, monitor performance and suggest optimization initiatives.
• Maintain a knowledge base to capture critical architectural information.
• Contribute to proposals and RFP responses with architectural insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing enterprise‑level solution architectures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage risk and drive continuous improvement.
