Solutions Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to sit at the intersection of sales, customer success, and product. You will be the technical face of ReFiBuy, delivering demos, guiding implementations, and feeding customer insights back to product.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales to run pre‑sales demos, respond to RFPs and build trusted‑advisor relationships with prospects.
• Lead technical onboarding for new customers, design implementation plans and ensure successful adoption and usage of the Commerce Intelligence Engine.
• Gather feedback from prospects and customers, work with product leadership to shape the roadmap and contribute to documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering or technical consulting.
• Proven track record supporting B2B SaaS sales, especially in ecommerce.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities without dropping the ball.

Required skills

• APIs and data integration.
• Retail tech stack components such as PIM, ecommerce platforms, and syndication tools.
• Experience with complex software platforms like the Commerce Intelligence Engine.
