Senior Project Manager – Large‑Scale Projects

About the role

Dematic is seeking a senior‑level Project Manager to lead large, complex projects ($100M+), driving customer deliverables, internal KPIs and executive stakeholder expectations. The role involves extensive travel across the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Contract Manager, Project Controller, Lead Engineer and core team to translate customer requirements into scoped tasks and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Manage all customer communications, documentation and deliverables, including functional design specifications, drawings and acceptance test plans.
• Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, risk and opportunity management, and provide regular status reporting to senior leadership.
• Coordinate contract reviews, change orders and hand‑over to Customer Service for project close‑out.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering multiple large‑scale projects ($100M+) with strong focus on customer satisfaction and KPI achievement.
• Experience collaborating with site managers, EHS&S groups and cross‑functional teams to ensure safety and compliance.
• Ability to conduct project assessments, capture lessons learned and produce final close‑out reports.
