Electrical Supervisor

About the role

Dematic, a member of the Kion Group, is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead installation quality and safety on customer projects across the continental United States. The role involves extensive travel to customer sites and requires hands‑on involvement in equipment trials, reporting, and training.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure installation quality on project sites, managing both manufacturing and subcontractor outputs.
• Maintain quality checklists, submit corrective actions, and conduct safety audits.
• Assist with equipment trial runs to verify compliance with Dematic standards.
• Provide on‑site schedule and resource reporting to project managers or customers.
• Train contract labor and subcontractors on installation of material‑handling equipment.
• Prepare concise trip reports and identify/resolve on‑site issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• Experience with AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyor systems preferred.
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift at least 50 lb.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and off‑shifts with overtime compensation.
