About the role
We are looking for a proactive Senior Project Manager to lead heavy civil construction projects across the Southeast, ensuring high‑quality delivery and strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Align resources and develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Generate and maintain accurate project information, including submittals, RFIs, PCOs, and equipment tracking.
- Perform subcontractor and supplier buyouts, approve invoices weekly, and manage pay applications.
- Supervise, direct, and develop the project team while maintaining customer engagement throughout the project.
Required profile
- 8+ years of heavy civil construction project management experience.
- Proven experience managing federal projects (DOE/DOD preferred) and strong financial acumen.
- U.S. citizenship, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel on a per‑diem basis.
Required skills
- Proficiency with scheduling and project management systems.
- Experience with NQA‑1 quality standards (a plus).
