About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a fast‑growing healthcare‑focused marketing and communications agency. You will lead projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring they meet client expectations while navigating a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Manage projects end‑to‑end, from initiation through final delivery.
Build, maintain, and update timelines, project plans, and workflow documentation.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to keep work moving efficiently.
Identify risks early, devise solutions, and keep projects on track.
Support successful client outcomes through strong organization and clear communication.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
Experience or familiarity with healthcare, pharma, biotech, or life‑science sectors is a plus.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
