About the role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a fast‑growing healthcare‑focused marketing and communications agency. You will lead projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring they meet client expectations while navigating a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage projects end‑to‑end, from initiation through final delivery.
- Build, maintain, and update timelines, project plans, and workflow documentation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to keep work moving efficiently.
- Identify risks early, devise solutions, and keep projects on track.
- Support successful client outcomes through strong organization and clear communication.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Experience or familiarity with healthcare, pharma, biotech, or life‑science sectors is a plus.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
