Senior Project Manager

About the role

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale technology, cloud transformation and enterprise delivery engagements. You will work closely with solution architects, engineering teams and business stakeholders to drive AWS‑based projects from inception to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead program governance, project planning, execution, risk management and issue resolution.
• Track milestones, dependencies, budgets and resource utilization, providing timely status updates.
• Prepare and present executive‑level reporting for Steering Committee and Executive Committee meetings.
• Define, monitor and report KPIs, metrics and health dashboards.
• Act as the primary liaison between project teams, senior leadership and technology partners.

Required profile

• 7+ years of project/program management experience in large‑scale technology and cloud transformation.
• Proven experience managing AWS‑based projects and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum delivery and people management/mentoring.
• Excellent communication, presentation and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of SQL and data analytics concepts.

Required skills

• AWS services: EC2, EKS, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Aurora, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM, networking and security.
• Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• CI/CD pipeline concepts.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation.
• SQL.
