Senior Project Manager – Drywall

About the role

The Senior Project Manager leads the delivery of large, complex drywall and interior finish projects from turnover through closeout. Reporting to the Project Executive, this position ensures safety, profitability, and client satisfaction while coordinating field and office teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project execution planning, budgeting, contract administration, and schedule management.
• Manage customer relationships, risk mitigation, procurement coordination, and change orders.
• Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project coordinators.
• Collaborate with Field Executives, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience, preferably with drywall, ACT, siding, insulation, framing or specialty contracting.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or QuickBooks.
• OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
