Senior Project Manager – Data Center Tenant Fit‑Out

About the role

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead data‑center tenant fit‑out and customer deployment projects across its growing portfolio. The role involves coordinating white‑space build‑outs, MEP integrations, and customer‑specific infrastructure deployments while ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day coordination and execution of tenant fit‑out and deployment projects.
• Mentor and oversee an Associate or Senior Associate Project Manager.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to advance scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate delivery of racks, containment, structured cabling, and supporting MEP infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and action‑item logs.
• Lead coordination meetings and support procurement activities, including contract administration and invoice tracking.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years managing data‑center construction, tenant fit‑outs, or large‑scale commercial projects.
• Experience with customer‑facing fit‑out projects in operational or shell data‑center environments.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems for mission‑critical infrastructure.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with project‑management/document‑control software such as Procore or Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of MEP integration, power distribution, cooling, and structured cabling coordination.
