Senior Project Finance Analyst

About the role

The Senior Project Finance Analyst will support DISA projects by managing financial services, performing project monitoring, and acting as a liaison between project management and finance. This full‑time position works 0800‑1700 Eastern and involves direct interaction with DoD customers and multi‑contractor teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial services for multiple mid‑sized projects, including cost reporting, budget tracking, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial charts, cost proposals, and invoices, ensuring compliance with DoD contract terms.
• Create and maintain indirect budget spreadsheets, compare actuals to forecasts, and review results with the Program Manager.
• Communicate with project managers, contracting officers, and subcontractors regarding contracts, change orders, and billing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is desired.
• Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment and with government multi‑contractor teams.
• Proven ability to manage project financials from cradle to grave, including cost proposals and invoicing.

Required skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
