Senior Project Consultant - Luxury Residential (Los Angeles)

About the role

A leading premium architectural products company is seeking a Senior Project Consultant to manage complex residential and commercial projects throughout Southern California. This is a hands-on, client-focused role where the consultant takes ownership of projects from initial inquiry through quotation, negotiation, order placement and delivery, reviewing drawings and specifications and coordinating with architects, designers, contractors and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from inquiry through specification, quotation, negotiation, order placement, delivery and ongoing client support.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, schedules and project requirements to identify opportunities and propose product solutions.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, project managers and private clients.
• Provide technical product guidance during design, specification, procurement and installation.
• Prepare quotations, budgets, schedules and project documentation; follow up on quotations and opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, scope and requirements while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
• Resolve technical, logistical and commercial issues and manage multiple projects at once.
• Cultivate new business and convert opportunities into completed sales.

Required profile

• 5-10+ years of experience in architectural products, building materials, construction, specification sales, architectural hardware, façade systems, doors and windows, lighting, stone, surfaces, millwork or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of architecture and construction processes.
• Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and long timelines.
• Backgrounds such as architectural products sales, building materials, architectural hardware, doors and windows, lighting, stone and surfaces, construction project coordination or technical consulting are mentioned.
• Experience in premium architectural products or construction-related industries is strongly preferred; existing LA architecture and construction contacts are an advantage but not required.

• Base salary of $110,000-$135,000.
