Senior Program Coordinator (Evergreen)

About the role

This temporary position supports the Gates Foundation by coordinating grants and contracts throughout their lifecycle. It is an evergreen posting, allowing candidates to be considered for future senior program coordinator opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage data for all grants and contracts, ensuring accuracy and supporting financial decision‑making.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end grant and contract processes, including RFPs, invoicing, deliverables, and reporting.
• Serve as primary liaison between grantees, vendors, internal program staff, and business partners.
• Assist program managers and FP&A with budget planning, analysis, and team rhythm implementation.

Required profile

• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines and policy compliance.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2‑4 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, diverse environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SharePoint, with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or other grant‑management systems (preferred).
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and data synthesis.
