Senior Production Support Engineer

About the role

Revecore is seeking a Senior Production Support Engineer to lead the stability and health of its cloud‑based enterprise application used by hospitals nationwide. The role combines deep technical expertise with operational leadership, mentoring, and a focus on automation and monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Lead investigation and resolution of complex, high‑impact production incidents and act as the escalation point for support engineers.
• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and self‑healing capabilities, and build automation tools for incident response and root‑cause analysis.
• Own post‑incident reviews, document findings, and collaborate with development teams to address systemic issues.
• Mentor junior team members and drive a strong DevOps culture across support, engineering, QA, and product teams.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and continuously improve incident response readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of production support experience with deep expertise in C#/.NET and SQL Server.
• Proven ability to lead incident response under pressure and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in highly regulated or mission‑critical environments.

Required skills

• C#.NET, T‑SQL, SQL Server performance tuning.
• Azure services (app hosting, monitoring, logging, databases).
• Scripting with PowerShell, Python, Bash.
• Observability tools such as Azure Application Insights and Log Analytics.
• CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of ITIL or SRE principles and support SLA management.
