Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the role

ArcSite, a mobile sketching and drawing-based takeoff and estimating solution, is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager. This is a high-ownership, strategic role spanning Product, Marketing and Sales, covering go-to-market strategy, pricing and packaging, and major product launches. It is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Set positioning and messaging for the product portfolio across self-serve, sales-assisted and enterprise audiences.
• Develop and lead go-to-market strategy for major launches and new markets, from planning through post-launch optimization.
• Lead market and customer research, including willingness to pay, and turn insights into recommendations.
• Partner with Product leadership on product strategy, prioritization and market opportunities.
• Own pricing and packaging recommendations and define ideal customer profiles, personas and buyer journeys.
• Define beta and launch programs, including audiences, feedback mechanisms and success criteria.
• Drive competitive intelligence and sales enablement materials such as battlecards and pitch decks.
• Measure GTM performance and establish repeatable frameworks for research, launches and pricing.

Required profile

• 6-8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, independently leading complex go-to-market initiatives.
• Proven ability to build strategic frameworks for ambiguous market, customer and product questions.
• Experience owning pricing and packaging strategy and conducting market research.
• Experience across self-serve/PLG and sales-assisted/SLG motions, and a track record of leading product launches.
• Nice to have: construction, home services or field-service software background; mentoring junior marketers; competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis; beta programs; commercial goals ownership; HubSpot, product analytics and sales enablement tools.
