Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Read AI is seeking a senior, hands‑on product marketing manager to shape the market story for its AI‑powered collaboration platform. You will own research, messaging, launch planning, enablement, and measurement to drive adoption across self‑serve and enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain positioning and messaging architecture, differentiating by audience and extending the narrative beyond “AI notetaker.”
• Prioritize audiences, build jobs‑to‑be‑done, buying triggers, objections, and proof points.
• Design and execute lightweight, tiered launch frameworks, owning end‑to‑end launch activities from positioning to post‑launch measurement.
• Own content strategy for the marketing site, aligning website copy with product releases and partnering with Growth for consistent messaging.
• Provide sales enablement materials (pitch narratives, demos, battlecards) and run a voice‑of‑customer program to maintain competitive intelligence.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS, AI, or productivity categories, covering both PLG/self‑serve and enterprise motions.
• Proven track record of positioning complex products, creating customer‑backed use cases, and managing launches from strategy through adoption measurement.
• Exceptional writing and narrative development skills, able to translate technical concepts into credible outcomes.
• Comfort challenging founders and executives and operating without a large marketing organization.
• Portfolio of real work (messaging, launches, websites, enablement); category creation experience is a plus.
