Senior Lifecycle Marketer

About the role

Read AI is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design and operate the end‑to‑end system that turns new accounts into activated, retained, and expanding customers. You will own strategy, infrastructure, experimentation, and measurement across onboarding, activation, habit formation, monetization, renewal, and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and operationalize a lifecycle platform, moving priority journeys off legacy systems and defining data needed for segmentation and personalization.
• Map and optimize the user journey from account creation through calendar connection, first hosted meeting, recap, and repeat usage, building targeted programs for each drop‑off point.
• Design behavioral journeys that drive repeat meetings, high‑value feature adoption, and coordinated email, in‑product messaging, content, and webinars.
• Connect product value to paid capabilities, create interventions for churn risk, and partner with CS, Sales, and RevOps to surface product‑qualified accounts.
• Maintain a prioritized experimentation roadmap, measuring incremental behavior and revenue impact rather than simple opens or clicks.

Required profile

• 6+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing for high‑volume SaaS (tens to hundreds of millions of monthly sends).
• Hands‑on experience rebuilding marketing infrastructure with platforms such as Sendgrid, Customer.io, Iterable, Braze, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
• Proven record of measurable improvements in activation, retention, conversion, renewal, or expansion.
• Strong quantitative instincts for segmentation, triggered messaging, cohort analysis, and experimental design.
