Senior Product Marketing Manager Consultant

About the role

AG Consulting Partners, a Redmond-based boutique consulting firm, is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager Consultant. The role drives go-to-market strategy, positioning and market adoption for a portfolio of enterprise software, business applications and AI-powered solutions, acting as the bridge between Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Shape product strategy, lead product launches and develop messaging frameworks
• Translate complex technical capabilities into customer value propositions and market narratives
• Create sales enablement content, customer-facing materials and field readiness programs
• Influence Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success organizations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Communications or a related field, with 8+ years of professional experience
• 5+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud technologies, AI or business applications
• Experience leading end-to-end product launches and go-to-market initiatives
• Proven track record of influencing across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available

Required skills

• Positioning, messaging, value propositions and customer narratives for technology products
• Sales enablement content and field readiness programs
• Market analysis, audience segmentation, competitive strategy, pricing and launch planning
• Strong written, verbal, presentation and executive communication skills
• Understanding of AI, automation and digital transformation trends
