Senior Pricing Analyst

About the role

Sedgwick is hiring a Senior Pricing Analyst, working remotely. The role analyzes and handles higher-level new and renewal business pricing opportunities across all lines of business, while ensuring ongoing compliance with department procedures and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design and price higher-level new and renewal business pricing opportunities as assigned.
• Work closely with other departments, such as program managers, operations managers, managing directors, finance, sales and marketing, and legal.
• Manage projects through well-developed action plans to an appropriate and timely resolution.
• Respond to requests for proposals and prepare formal new and renewal pricing presentation documents and support schedules.
• Inform management of ideas for continuous process improvement.
• Support management on assigned projects, new client implementations and short-term initiatives, and support managers running research or new service/product development projects.
• Support training and improvement activities needed to meet operational and audit requirements.
• Assist in evaluating, developing and enhancing pricing models as requested.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; major in accounting strongly preferred; professional certification preferred.
• Six years of experience in financial analysis, project management or accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
