Senior Planner, Women's Apparel

About the role

Everlane, a clean-luxury apparel brand, is looking for a Senior Planner to forecast, monitor and order products across its women's apparel assortment. The role reports directly to the Senior Director of Planning and sits in the Los Angeles Creative Studio in the Arts District. It is a full-time position on a hybrid schedule, with at least three days in the office per week, Tuesdays through Thursdays.

Key responsibilities

• Develop preseason sales, margin and inventory plans by channel, category, style and color.
• Project sales volumes for existing and upcoming products to support replenishment and new launch buys.
• Improve existing inventory models to raise forecast accuracy and inventory turnover.
• Work with merchandising to recommend style and color counts and product flow.
• Manage in-season OTB forecasts for sales and inventory to meet financial goals and KPI targets.
• Generate purchase orders down to SKU level with high precision and accuracy.
• Collaborate with production and logistics to keep inventory flowing optimally.
• Analyze business trends and build tools and dashboards to streamline processes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in merchandise, inventory planning, allocation, finance or business analytics.
• Familiarity with inventory planning concepts and theory.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of product and trends as they relate to the business.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and new processes.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel competency.
• Databases and quantitative analysis experience.

What we offer

• Annual compensation range of $81,000 - $120,000 for the Los Angeles area, varying with background, experience and qualifications.
• Hybrid work with at least three office days per week.
