About the role

We are currently looking for a Senior Paralegal to join the Franchise Brands Legal Department at Compass International Holdings. The department supports a portfolio of real‑estate franchise brands, including @properties, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, CENTURY 21, Christie’s International Real Estate, Coldwell Banker, Corcoran, ERA and Sotheby’s International Real Estate.

Key responsibilities

Provide paralegal support to the franchise brands and shared‑service teams such as Franchise Sales, Contract Administration, Finance, Human Resources and Compliance.
Assist in the preparation, review and management of legal documents related to franchise operations.
Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Required profile

Experienced senior‑level paralegal with a strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary legal environment.
Familiarity with real‑estate franchise operations is a plus.
