Franchise Contracts Specialist

About the role

The Franchise Contracts Specialist will manage the full lifecycle of franchise agreements for a global portfolio of brands. Working closely with Legal, Franchise Sales, Finance and Brand Leadership, you will translate approved business and legal terms into accurate, executable contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and administer franchise agreements and related documents.
• Maintain consistency with approved legal templates, brand standards and jurisdictional requirements.
• Process contract amendments, renewals and post‑execution changes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure contract accuracy.
• Maintain a centralized repository of franchise contracts and track key dates.

Required profile

• Proven experience drafting and managing franchise contracts, preferably in an international context.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex, multi‑brand deal structures.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with legal, sales, finance and brand teams.
• Ability to interpret and apply legal templates and jurisdictional guidelines.
