Senior Marketing Specialist, Audience Strategy

About the role

The Home Depot is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join its Pro Marketing team. The specialist supports the Pro business by owning work streams and overseeing marketing, applying research and strategy to deliver omni-channel activations that meet Pro customers' needs. The role influences store and company-wide Pro marketing efforts and works closely with audience strategy leaders.

Key responsibilities

• 10% ongoing optimization and tracking: manage non-analytics business needs such as marketing budget reconciliation and MARCOM processes, and act as a conduit between teams to optimize enterprise marketing for internal partners and consumers.
• 60% planning, implementation and execution: support the planning, execution and delivery of brand awareness campaigns, events and partner programs that drive traffic and sales, and support cross-functional project teams on high-value initiatives.
• 30% research and tools: build tools that turn insights and analytics into actionable results, oversee marketing reporting from the analytics team, and communicate campaign progress and effectiveness to business owners.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field related to the job.
• Able to manage large, detailed projects to tight deadlines and respond under pressure.
• Preferred: previous marketing or agency account management experience.

Required skills

• Preferred: data-driven marketing strategy, analytical expertise and familiarity with marketing trends, consumer behavior and data analytics.
• Preferred: proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Preferred: comfort using AI tools such as CoPilot and Gemini.
