Senior Marketing Manager – Creative Design & Brand Asset Management

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead creative design and brand asset management, working closely with the Creative Director to ensure brand consistency across paid media, web, social, and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Creative Director to adopt brand guidelines, review intake forms and track ongoing work.
• Develop creative assets such as logos, banners, video and motion design for diverse platforms.
• Facilitate discovery and kick‑off calls with requesters to clarify needs, flag issues and align with brand standards.
• Submit design mocks and final files for brand review and upload assets to internal DAM platforms.
• Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring cohesive assets across platforms through cross‑functional collaboration.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline creative processes and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field.
• Proven track record managing creative projects for marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of localization strategies for global markets.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and agency partners.
• Experience in the home entertainment or consumer electronics industry (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance creative workflows.
• Expertise in video production and post‑production techniques.
