Sr. Director, Digital Experience & Media

About the role

The Sr. Director, Digital Experience & Media will lead organic social and CRM communications for Home Appliance categories, driving consumer‑centric content and positive sentiment for Samsung products. This senior position partners with corporate marketing, agency partners, and global teams to ensure cohesive, data‑driven campaigns across multiple social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day organic social and CRM calendar, execution, and performance across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads.
• Analyze social trends to shape creative messaging and content strategy.
• Optimize CRM campaigns through audience segmentation, data‑science modeling, and testing.
• Align creative with integrated marketing strategy to drive traffic to samsung.com and improve brand sentiment.
• Partner with corporate marketing and governance councils to prioritize Home Appliance campaigns.
• Oversee agency outputs for social, influencer, and CRM creative, ensuring briefs, test plans, and trafficking sheets are accurate.
• Collaborate with Digital and Brand Experience teams to ensure cohesive messaging and landing experiences.
• Maintain internal documentation, finance reporting, campaign results, and marketing calendars.

• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and ability to adapt quickly.
• Excellent collaborator and communicator, comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing agency partners and cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to analyze performance data and synthesize actionable recommendations.
