Marketing Manager & Multimedia Designer

About the role

The Marketing Manager & Multimedia Designer will lead the creation and execution of visual assets that support marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will ensure brand consistency while driving innovative design solutions for a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Creative Director to apply brand guidelines, review project intake forms, and track ongoing work.
• Develop creative assets such as logos, banners, videos, and motion designs for paid media, websites, social platforms, and print, adapting layouts to each medium.
• Facilitate discovery and kick‑off calls with requesters to clarify needs, flag issues, and align with brand standards.
• Submit design mocks for review, upload final assets to internal DAM platforms, and support localization for regional markets.
• Manage design projects from concept through delivery, ensuring cohesive assets across platforms with cross‑functional teams and agency partners.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline creative workflows and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proven track record managing creative projects for marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of localization strategies for global markets.
• Proficiency with design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance creative workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and agency partners.
