Senior Manager, Technology Audit & Advisory

About the role

Protiviti is hiring a Technology Audit & Advisory Senior Manager in Houston. As a Senior Manager you partner with clients to manage the risks associated with their use of technology, develop strategies to solve complex business problems and build lasting client relationships. The practice covers cybersecurity, cloud assurance, IT general controls, IT Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, data privacy, AI and data governance and more.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client risk around technology use and protect and enhance enterprise value
• Develop solutions using analytics, automation and the latest tools and methods
• Build and nurture client relationships and act as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market
• Mentor teams, provide performance development and oversee project work plans
• Contribute to client proposals and strategies to win new business

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as accounting, finance, information technology, cybersecurity or a business-related field
• 7+ years in technology audit, consulting, assurance services, risk and control programs or related fields
• Experience leading teams, supervising performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, and reviewing work
• Interest in business development and in working with a diverse portfolio of clients

Required skills

• Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and its technology implications
• Internal control frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS and ITIL
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
• Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, RPA and other analytics tools strongly preferred
• Certification such as CIA, CRMA, CISA, CISM or CISSP strongly preferred

What we offer

• Salary range of $118,000-$189,000, with a 14% bonus target and total cash range of $134,520-$215,460
