Oracle EPM FCC/FP&A Senior Consultant

About the role

Protiviti is hiring a Technology Senior Consultant for its Oracle team, focused on Oracle EPM FCC/FP&A. The role is based in Houston, with additional locations listed in Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Ft Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando, Philadelphia and Pro Tampa. It is a hybrid workplace combining in-person work with remote work, depending on client, project and team needs.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor, train and coach interns and consultants, and help them complete project work plans
• Identify risks and opportunities to increase efficiency
• Build relationships with client personnel and professional associates
• With manager direction, take responsibility for project scope, staffing, deliverables and methodology
• Lead finance process improvement in planning (budgeting, forecasting, long-range plans, rolling forecasts)
• Design, build, test and deploy EPBCS applications, including custom integrations and data imports/exports
• Conduct test cycles, deliver knowledge transfer and training, and support global delivery models

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (MIS, accounting, finance, computer science)
• 2+ years in professional services or a related industry
• Interest in working with a diverse portfolio of clients and in business development
• Preferred: Oracle Financials Cloud 2023 or Oracle Cloud EPM 2023 Certified Implementation Specialist certification

Required skills

• Four end-to-end implementations in two EPM cloud products (EPBS modules, FCCS, ARCS, NR)
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Planning Cloud tools and EPBCS modules (Finance, Workforce, Capex, Projects)
• Custom integrations with EPM Data Integration, Integration Agent, Pipeline, Groovy Business Rules and EPM Automate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with secondary use of Visio and Access

What we offer

• Salary range of $97,000-$146,000, with a 10% bonus target
