Senior Manager, Tax

About the role
Join a dynamic tax team that blends strategic thinking with operational excellence. As a Senior Manager, Tax you will lead complex global tax accounting and compliance activities, ensuring accurate tax provisions and supporting the organization’s tax transparency goals.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review and support current and deferred tax calculations, effective tax rate analysis, valuation allowance assessments and FIN 48/uncertain tax positions.
- Oversee international income tax provision components under ASC 740, including GILTI, Subpart F and FDII.
- Coordinate with Accounting to record tax‑related journal entries and facilitate monthly close.
- Manage global transfer‑pricing documentation, Country‑by‑Country reporting and arm‑s‑length inter‑company agreements.
- Support OECD Pillar Two (Global Minimum Tax) compliance and related data collection.
- Develop and maintain tax policies, documentation and internal controls to satisfy SOX and governance requirements.
- Lead special projects such as M&A transactions, legal entity restructurings, accounting method changes and tax‑related system implementations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- CPA, JD and/or MST preferred.
- 8+ years of tax experience in public accounting or a multinational corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax, including FDII, FTC, Subpart F, GILTI/NCTI and BEAT.
- Hands‑on experience with ASC 740 tax provisions.
- Experience with OECD Pillar Two, transfer pricing and SOX controls highly desirable.
