About the role
As Senior Manager, Global Fleet Reliability Operations at Applied Intuition, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability of vehicle fleets across multiple worldwide projects. You will lead the end‑to‑end issue‑management process, from detection on a single vehicle through root‑cause analysis to fleet‑wide implementation of fixes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead teams that capture, classify, and resolve or escalate vehicle and platform issues.
- Own root‑cause analysis for systemic problems and convey findings to engineering.
- Partner with engineering to define change plans and drive change‑order execution.
- Coordinate build and integration teams to roll out fixes across the entire fleet.
- Manage the validation gate that returns vehicles to service.
- Operate across two modes: hands‑on development vehicles and telemetry‑driven production fleets.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing reliability or quality programs for vehicle fleets.
- Strong understanding of vehicle hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive change.
- Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and integration teams.
