Inventory Assistant

About the role

Hathor Network is seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Inventory Assistant to support its inventory management operations. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate stock records, ensure efficient inventory control, and help the smooth flow of goods within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the system.
• Assist in conducting regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Organize and label inventory items for easy identification and retrieval.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to manage stock replenishments.
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and report any shortages or damages.
• Ensure compliance with storage and safety guidelines.
• Assist in preparing reports on inventory levels and stock movements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus.
• Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move inventory items as needed.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
