Global Sourcing Manager

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a seasoned Global Sourcing Manager to lead commodity strategies across its worldwide operations. You will partner with internal teams and external suppliers to secure high‑impact hardware components that enable the company’s AI‑driven autonomy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end sourcing strategy for critical commodities, from market analysis to contract negotiation.
• Execute RFx processes, evaluate proposals, and close deals that meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
• Develop and nurture relationships with senior supplier executives and hardware partners.
• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives while increasing overall value of supplier engagements.
• Lead cross‑functional process‑improvement projects to enhance procurement efficiency.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, commodity or global supply management.
• 3+ years leading contract‑manufacturing procurement initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent executive‑level communication and negotiation capabilities.
